So I'm just putting this in writing so I can actually see this starring back at me!!!
So the last 2 weeks I ran 3 days (outside...no treadmill for me) and literally lifted weights 2 days ....GOOD right?
You would think so....
I weighed myself last Wednesday and I was down 4 pounds...Here I'll right it down
160.8....
Yep that was my weight.....I wear it well
Anyway for 6 months I've been going back and forth with a 2-4 pound weight loss and gain that kept me around the 163 mark. So to see the scale drop down to 160.8 I was so close to breaking that STUPID 160 on the scale I could feel it!!!
Well then the weekend came.....Drank like a fish Friday night for girls night out. Saturday went to the beach about 1:30 started drinking....had a small fish fry and drank until about 12:30 AM!!! Sunday woke up loaded on the boat about 12:00 and seriously drank til 10:30.
So my question is...how many calories do you think I consumed strictly in alcohol alone? Go ahead...get a calculator...I'll wait.
It's ridiculous - How and WHY did I do this to my self?
I finally recovered from a 3 day drinking binge today....Wednesday...a week from my wonderful scale reading and what did it say?
I'm right back to where I started.....
