So I've been a complete slacker as far as my consistency with my working out and eating right. I'll do great 5 days a week...the weekend comes and I'm drinking beer and eating breakfast tacos and it's got to stop.
I have a goal to lose 5 pounds in May and 5 pounds in June.
From this day forward I will run 3-4 days a week....Weights 2 days a week. I have to have some days off to rest, but I vow to really push myself and use my time wisely.
This week Hailey is gone to HEB camp so it's a great starting place to really get me in the swing of this.
I'm going to keep doing mini-blogs like this so I stay on track.
